 All of you might have heard the phrase “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. Practice it.

Make drinking herbal tea a routine. This decreases your stress level and has an extra benefit of anti ageing properties.

Make a habit of climbing the stairs instead of using an escalator or an elevator. This slight change in your routine can improve blood circulation and keeps a check on your body weight.

Switch off the TV while having food. Sit around the table and have some quality time with your family. This can act as a stress buster and prevent overeating.

Do not place your cell phones under your pillow or anywhere near your body as all electronic devices emit radiation which alters the DNA and may lead to life-threatening conditions such as cancer.

Apply sunscreen with SPF 50 at least 15 minutes before going out in the sun. Wear a scarf or a hat for added protection against UV rays.
